In this process, the hard polycarbonate outer shell and the EPS inner shell are completely welded together, providing much better protection and durability than helmets with glued parts. The hard outer shell protects the helmet against damage from little stones, while the foam of the inner helmet absorbs the impact of bigger stones crashing through the outer shell.The Orion provides great venting and numerous possibilities for individual adjustment to your head. Including four clips, the helmet also allows you to safely secure a headlamp. Whether it’s ice climbing, alpine climbing or sports climbing, with the Orion you are always on the safe side!
